The Fair Work Commission has approved the variations to our existing ART Enterprise Agreement – congratulations!

This means the new and improved pay and working conditions we voted for will apply from 24 August 2026.

Here's what we've won together through the latest round of negotiations with ART:

• Pay increases for Group A and B employees – see our previous update for exact amounts.
• A cost-of-living payment of $1000 (plus super) paid to everyone with a base pay less than $183,100.
• Increases to on-call allowances.
• A family and domestic violence assistance payment of $1000.
• Increased parental leave.
• Prenatal leave of 36.35 hours.
• Reproductive health care leave of six days along with additional flexibility to manage reproductive health-related conditions.
• More flexible access to cashing out annual leave.
• Improved consultation where artificial intelligence impacts your role, giving you a genuine voice in the process.
• Improved rights for FSU delegates to assist our union community at ART.
