Progress on our new MUFG RSS enterprise agreement

On Wednesday this week we met with MUFG RSS to continue negotiations for our new enterprise agreement.

Although many issues remain outstanding, we focused on three main areas:

  • Flexibility and your right to work from home
  • A fair pay increase
  • Leave to support our lives at work (and lives outside work!).

There are other important rights that are not yet resolved, such as our redundancy entitlements and overtime arrangements.

We are speaking again with MUFG in early January to further progress negotiations, and will keep you updated.

To secure the best possible agreement for everyone at MUFG RSS, we all need to get involved – you can help us win by becoming a campaign contact here.

Please also share this email with your colleagues to help keep everyone informed. And if you haven’t yet joined the union that’s fighting for a better agreement for everyone, now is the best time to join.

PS: At a recent Senate hearing, CEO Vivek Bhatia repeatedly dodged questions about the poor service MUFG has provided to super funds, then ultimately refused to answer. See for yourself how Vivek responded when given the chance to defend us employees.

Remember, the FSU is here to defend you, even if Vivek won’t. Join the FSU today!
