Ready to smash the gender pay gap? Join us this February

The finance and insurance industry’s gender pay gap is one of the largest in Australia – a 22.2% total remuneration gap – despite women making up 53% of our sector’s workforce. 

The FSU is tackling this issue head-on and you’re invited to our upcoming online sessions. These 45-minute events are designed to inspire action, spark ideas and equip you with the tools to help drive meaningful change in our workplaces.
