ART has commenced restructures across multiple teams, including Investment Operations and Performance, Legal, Data and AI, Technology, and the ART Life team (including ART Life Commercial, ART Life Operations, ART Life Actuarial and Finance, and ART Life Risk).
If your role is impacted, ART must consult with you. This means providing full details of the proposed change and an opportunity for you to have a say in the outcome by answering your questions and considering your feedback.
Our Enterprise Agreement sets out what happens next if you’re impacted. If your role is made redundant, you’ll enter a redeployment period where ART must work with you to try to find a comparable role. If that’s not possible, you may leave by way of retrenchment, with your full entitlements protected under the Agreement.
