What about the Member Advantage program?
After Friday 30 January 2026, FSU members will no longer have access to our current member benefits program, Member Advantage.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Make sure you log in to the Member Advantage portal before Friday 30 January and download any purchased eGift cards or vouchers to your phone or computer.
- If you have any remaining funds in your digital wallet, Member Advantage will contact you directly in the coming days to obtain your nominated bank details so a refund can be processed.
If you’re unable to log in before then, you’ll still be able to retrieve your items after 30 January. Simply contact Member Advantage on 1300 853 352 or email [email protected].
