Support our bargaining agenda at Community First Bank

Negotiations for a new Community First Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) are set to begin this week.

For the first time, these negotiations will bring together employees from the former Community First Credit Union and former Illawarra Credit Union under a single Enterprise Agreement.

Based on your feedback, our bargaining agenda focuses on the issues that matter most, including:

  • Fair pay increases and pay parity.
  • Stronger job security and protections as AI continues to change our workplace.
  • Improvements to leave entitlements, including parental leave.
  • Better workload and staffing protections.
  • Fair and transparent rostering.
  • Measures to minimise the impact of the relocation from Auburn to the Sydney CBD.

Management needs to see that staff are united behind these priorities. The more people who support our bargaining agenda, the stronger our bargaining team will be at the negotiating table.

Our bargaining representatives are ready to represent members throughout negotiations:

  • Jennifer Phillipson – Contact Centre, Auburn
  • Tristan Rae – Branch, Dee Why
  • Kate Wedderburn – Third Party, Gorokan
  • Tiarne Driscoll – Branch, Penrith

The more members we have, the better our chances are of negotiating a fair deal.

If you have any questions, please contact our organiser, Kylee Crowle, on 0434 162 928.
