Pay rise coming as MLC Life merges with RLA
Following the announcement that MLC Life will merge with Resolution Life Australasia (RLA)…
We have learned this week that Nippon Life plans to merge MLC Life and Resolution Life (RLA).
If this is approved by the relevant regulators, it would mean all employees in both organisations would fall under a new employer entity called Acenda sometime in the second half of 2025.
This merger would significantly impact FSU members at MLC Life and RLA.
Members may have questions and concerns about what this means for you. To ensure you are aware of your rights and protections throughout this proposed transition, we encourage you to register for our urgent online meeting on Monday 16 (MLC Life) or Tuesday 17 December (RLA). It will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you have.
