Understand your new CBA and Bankwest Agreement before voting

It's nearly time for all CBA and Bankwest employees to vote on our new Commonwealth Bank and Bankwest Enterprise Agreement. Voting will be open from 10am (AEDT) on Thursday 12 November and close at 5pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 17 November.

Our union is recommending workers vote 'yes' to the proposed Agreement. You can view a comprehensive list of what we have achieved in our new Enterprise Agreement here.

We are holding a series of member-only drop-in sessions prior to the ballot to ensure you understand what we have won in the proposal, how it relates to you, and what you need to do during the voting process.

Please register for your preferred session (each will run for 45 minutes).

Congratulations to all FSU members for reaching this crucial stage in the process. Members have worked hard to secure some significant improvements to our working conditions, including pressuring CBA to lift the original sub-standard pay offer – not once, but twice.

But the fight isn’t over. We know there is much more to be done at CBA and Bankwest. The most powerful way we can achieve further improvements is with a strong, active union membership.
