We’ve rejected CBA’s latest pay offer and taking our concerns to the AGM

FSU members have spoken loud and clear: Matt Comyn’s latest pay offer is still not good enough, and we’re not going to accept it.

CBA’s pay offer, which doesn’t come close to the 15% pay rise we are seeking over three years, is a real pay cut and an attack on wage security. It would mean that:

  • 60% of workers would receive less than CPI inflation in the first year.
  • 50% of workers would receive no or as little as 4% over three years in guaranteed wage increases.

Matt Comyn still isn’t getting it...

So FSU members will be attending the bank’s Annual General Meeting next week to ask the Board and Matt Comyn directly why they think CBA workers should put up with this dismal pay offer.

If you are Sydney based and can help with distributing flyers in the morning before work, or you’d like to attend the AGM as part of the FSU delegation, please reply to this email and we’ll be in touch.

  • When: Wednesday 14 October
  • Where: The Hyatt Regency Sydney
  • Time: Meet our FSU delegation at 8am

If you can’t make it in person but would still like to view and put your questions to the board, you can do so at commbank.com.au/agm.

Remember, even with an $11 billion profit, CBA can’t afford to ignore their workers if we all show up together!
