Tell us – how do you feel about AMP’s work from home policy?
As you know, AMP is stipulating when we must work our required eight days per month in the office. Specifically, AMP is mandating that we work two days in the office each week.
The solution is simple – negotiate an Enterprise Agreement that sets out the expectations and can’t be changed on a whim.
