Australian Retirement Trust has proposed a new structure for the Risk and Compliance team, which will involve removing 35 existing roles and introducing 24 new roles.
Of the 35 impacted roles, eight employees will be offered acceptable alternative roles, while 27 employees will be invited to submit an EOI for voluntary or acceptable alternative roles.
ART has initiated a consultation period with affected employees and our union is now seeking feedback from members.
