Better pay at CareSuper. Are you in?

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on what’s important in our new CareSuper Enterprise Agreement (EA).

This feedback has formed the basis of our agenda to improve pay and conditions at CareSuper, which we will present to management.

Our FSU agenda includes:

  • Pay increases to ensure wages stay ahead of the cost of living.
  • Improvements to leave entitlements.
  • A commitment to hybrid working.
  • Workloads and staffing protections.
