First Super: 15% pay rise accepted

Negotiations for our new First Super Enterprise Agreement (EA) are progressing well. Management recently put forward an offer that includes a 5% pay increase each year for the next three years.

Following member feedback, we’ve told management we will accept this pay offer.

Next steps

Our new EA is currently being drafted. Once finalised, the proposed agreement will be put to a ballot, where all First Super employees will be asked to vote.

If the ballot is successful, First Super has committed to back paying our first pay increase to 1 July 2024.

We know members are keen to receive this back pay before Christmas, and we are committed to do all we can to make this happen.

Keep an eye on your emails for our next important update, including details on when and how to participate in the ballot.
