Are you affected by AMP’s restructures?

Over the past week, AMP has announced restructures across their Technology, Platforms, Finance, and Legal and Governance departments, and we’re expecting more changes to come.

Restructures are stressful when our roles are impacted. Please remember our Union, the FSU, is here to support all of us throughout the entire process to ensure our rights are protected and we are given a fair go.

If you are impacted by these changes, you can contact our Member Rights Centre on 1300 366 378 for advice, support or representation.

You can also contact your FSU Organiser Phil Robinson on 0434 169 444 or email [email protected].

We need better protections at AMP now

With constant restructures at AMP, we want to make sure we not only have decent, fair entitlements that protect us, but that management also do the right thing and consult with us when we are affected.

As you know, AMP has refused to negotiate with us for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA), which means we are only entitled to the legal bare minimum with no say in our conditions. This is why we need an EA at AMP that protects and strengthens our working conditions, such as redundancy provisions.

With a stronger union, we will work together to bring management to the table and negotiate a new EA.

If you’re not already an FSU member, join the team that’s fighting for better protections today. If you are a member, please forward this email to your colleagues and chat to them about joining the FSU today – and be sure to point them to information on our website about our AMP campaign.

Together, we can make a difference.
