Our new ART Enterprise Agreement (EA) has been approved by the Fair Work Commission and will take effect from 12 August 2024.
Together, we fought tirelessly for better pay and conditions, winning on the things we said weren’t negotiable – decent pay, real flexibility and fairer overtime provisions.
Here’s what we’ve won
- A 4% pay increase including back payment (which was paid to eligible team members on 17 April).
- A 1% merit increase and back payment (which was paid to all eligible team members on 19 April).
- A 3.5% pay increase (which will be paid to all eligible team members on 10 and 12 July).
- A $1000 cost-of-living payment, which will be made as soon as possible to team members earning a full-time equivalent base pay below the high income threshold (currently $167,500).
- Six wellbeing days.
- 12 days personal/carers leave.
- 20 weeks paid primary carers parental leave (plus four weeks for the secondary carer).
This agreement is a true reminder that when we work collectively we win collectively.
