IAG: First meeting held with management about our pay and conditions

We are your FSU bargaining team and this week we attended the first meeting with IAG management for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA).

This week’s meeting mainly centred around bargaining formalities. In the following meetings all parties will present proposed changes for our new EA. Our FSU claim is based on feedback from FSU members through our Union survey and member meetings.

Our claim includes:

  • Industry leading pay increases that include a guaranteed component that provides certainty for all employees.
  • Industry leading leave entitlements.
  • Work from home arrangements to be established within the Enterprise Agreement.

As negotiations ramp up over the coming weeks it is important that all of us get behind our FSU claim and show our strong support. Have you given your support for our FSU claim?
