CBA: Are you affected by contract simplification?

Have you received a recent email about the Contract Simplification Program?

CBA has commenced the next phase of the Contract Simplification Program, which involves reaching out to in-scope employees and those who previously declined offers in earlier phases.

This program was introduced by CBA to address the mess that they created by issuing individual contracts to employees, rather than utilising a collectively negotiated Enterprise Agreement.
