Job security and better pay at Bankwest

Negotiations are commencing soon for our new Enterprise Agreement – it's our opportunity to shape our future pay and working conditions at Bankwest.

Regardless of what the outcome is following our petition to Matt Comyn about keeping our EA separate from CBA's, we still need to understand your priorities for our new EA.

If you haven’t done so already, tell us what’s important to you at Bankwest so we can prioritise these issues throughout negotiations.

Whether it’s genuine job security, improved pay, better workplace flexibility or something else, share your priorities for our Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
