I’ve been overpaid by IAG – what are my rights?

FSU members have told the union that overpayments and subsequent demands for repayment by IAG are only getting worse.

If you are overpaid by IAG, you have rights that ensure you do not suffer financial hardship and that any repayments are fair and reasonable.

We have developed a fact sheet that explains what you should do if you have been overpaid by IAG and how your FSU Workplace Representatives can support you through the process.

If you are not yet a member of our union, we strongly encourage you to join today to ensure you receive the support you need. Union membership comes with a range of benefits, including hotline support, access to a team of workplace rights experts, and exclusive discounts on everyday essentials.
