A whopping 48% of you said this about IAG’s MyTime…

The results are in, and they are concerning…

Hundreds of IAG employees recently completed our union’s MyTime survey, which sought to shine a light on whether the system is working as it should.

Concerningly, many of you raised issues around inaccuracies of recorded hours and the potential loss of entitlements.

  • 48% said your access to flexible hours has gotten worse since MyTime.
  • 32% said your hours weren’t recorded accurately.
  • 49% said you have been underpaid or overpaid (or both) because of MyTime.

Where to from here?

Now that we’ve got the data to support our concerns, our FSU Representatives (who work across IAG) are seeking a meeting with management to provide this feedback and talk about how we can fix the issues.

We’ll have more to say soon, so stay tuned for your invite to important union information sessions, where we’ll discuss next steps.

Remember, the more of us who stand together, the harder it is for IAG to ignore us. If you’re not yet an FSU member, now is the time to join
