Australian Retirement Trust has proposed that 44 roles will be cut from various teams, including from the Advice, Guidance and Education Delivery (AGED), Business Operations, Advice Licensee Services, Digital, Design and Innovation, and Brand, Marketing and Communications teams.
Across these teams, there are 21 proposed reporting line changes, while at the same time there is a proposal to create 18 new roles (though very few details on these new roles have been released ahead of the consultation period).

ART has initiated a five-day consultation period with affected employees and our union is now seeking feedback from members.
