Are you recording your actual hours worked at Westpac?

Last week, our union, the FSU, conducted a contravention inspection at a Westpac branch in Victoria.

Based on member reports over the past few weeks, we suspect that Westpac is not allowing staff to complete timesheets with accurate information, with reports of managers directing staff to only submit contracted hours instead of actual hours worked.

We are concerned that this is a systemic issue, not something caused by individual managers.

If this is happening in your branch, please complete our quick online form below.
