Are you satisfied with your revised lending target?

Last week, Westpac announced its revised targets for home lenders, after FSU members pushed back against proposed unreasonable targets that were causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Anecdotal feedback from members so far suggests that these adjusted targets are a positive improvement.

However, targets can differ depending on your market. To ensure our union knows whether you are satisfied with your revised target, please take our short two-minute survey. The information you provide will remain anonymous and will not be passed on to Westpac.

We acknowledge Westpac has done the right thing in revising these targets due to changes in the lending market and listening to feedback from home lenders. This outcome demonstrates what finance workers can achieve if we are prepared to come together through our union and demand safe and fair workplaces.

Now it's important that we let Westpac know if their revised targets address your original concerns. Please share your feedback with us today.
