The voting period for the new ART Enterprise Agreement (EA) is now open!
We are holding an information session on Monday 26 February at 9.00am (Brisbane) – come along to hear more about the proposal and to have your questions answered!
This is your opportunity to vote for FSU-won entitlements like leading flexibility, fair overtime arrangements and decent pay increases.
The FSU is recommending that you support this proposed EA and vote YES.
We know this agreement proposal isn’t perfect (trust us!), so why do we think you should vote YES?
Coming into this bargain, our colleagues said they wanted a pay increase to keep ahead of the cost of living, they wanted to keep their access to flexibility, and to fix staffing and overtime issues.
