ART: Last day to vote NO!

Today is the last day to vote NO to ART’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) proposal. Voting closes at 5pm this afternoon (Thursday 7 December 2023).

We’re voting NO to real wages cuts. We’re voting NO to backflips on flexibility. And we’re voting NO to working for free.

We’re also voting NO to the trapdoors throughout the proposed EA that mean many entitlements are just not what they seem.

What happens if there is a NO vote?

If there is a NO vote, good faith bargaining obligations continue to apply to the FSU and to ART. That means we will meet with ART as soon as possible to try to resolve the remaining issues.

If this does not lead to a quick resolution, we will seek the assistance of the Fair Work Commission.

What happens if there is a YES vote?

The Enterprise Agreement will be submitted to the Fair Work Commission. If they approve it, it will come into effect on 22 April 2024.

This is your last chance to have your say on ART’s proposed Enterprise Agreement. Stand with us to vote NO and tell them that we deserve better.
