ART reps snag win at Qld Labour Day Awards

Huge congratulations to our Australian Retirement Trust (ART) workplace representatives, who recently snagged the Award for Most Active and Effective Workplace Committee at the recent Queensland Council of Unions Labour Day Awards.

Our reps played a pivotal role in developing, supporting and driving the ART Enterprise Agreement campaign. They worked incredibly hard to win a no vote and prevent an Agreement that would have seen staff pay and flexibility go backwards.

Thanks to their efforts and after a tough campaign, we achieved an EA with a fair pay increase, and flexibility and overtime entitlements that met members’ needs! Well done team.
