AustralianSuper: EA Update – Progress on Leave and Member Meetings!

Join us at 4pm (AEST) on Tuesday 27 June for an important update on negotiations for our new EA!

The meeting has now passed

Bargaining Update

At our most recent meeting on Tuesday 13 June your FSU Team discussed our claims for industry leading leave provisions.

We are happy to let you know that we are on the same page as AustralianSuper management in wanting to improve parental leave and gender affirmation leave. We had productive discussions on our other leave claims, and AustralianSuper will consider their position and get back to us on 26 June.

AustralianSuper has also given us proposals to consider on areas including blended work, hours of work, and annual leave cash out.  We are reviewing those proposals now and will come back to you as soon as we can.

What’s coming up next?

Next Bargaining Meeting

On 26 June, we’re meeting again to discuss pay (including superannuation and allowances), leave and tool of trade vehicles.

We know that pay increases are a huge priority for all of us with the cost of living so high; We’re looking forward to reporting back to you!

Member Update Meeting

On 27 June we’re holding a meeting for everyone at AustralianSuper to come and hear an update on negotiations for our new enterprise agreement.  You’ll have the opportunity to have your questions answered and provide any feedback.

How can we stay up to date and get involved?
