AustralianSuper pay offer coming soon

We’re expecting management to put forward their pay offer during our next meeting on 13 July. With the Federal Government forecasting inflation to reach 5%, we cannot afford a pay rise that results in a real pay cut.

Here’s a snapshot of what base increases have been offered to employees at other super funds:

If AustralianSuper is serious about retaining skilled staff and attracting new talent, it must make a pay offer that shows us the respect we deserve and keeps up with cost-of-living pressures.

We’ll let you know about management’s offer when they present it. Join our WhatsApp chat if you haven’t already – our first update after bargaining will be posted here.

In the meantime, get ready to stand together and demand a fairer deal. Remember, we have far more influence when we speak through our union, so if you’re not yet a member, now is the time to join.
