Bankwest: Act now! CBA wants to cut our Bankwest conditions

Did you see the bank’s update about negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement last week?

What they didn’t tell you was this: They want to cut our hard –fought for Bankwest working conditions and turn us into CBA Lite.

  • They’ve proposed over 40 cuts to our Bankwest Enterprise Agreement conditions.
  • They’ve ignored our key claims.
  • They will not guarantee there will be no more job cuts at Bankwest.
  • They will not guarantee that the 50% in-office mandate won’t increase.
  • They don’t care that our wages have gone backwards with the increased cost of living.
  • They want to cut entitlements and give lower pay increases as we earn more.

See a list of the cuts and changes CBA has proposed so far here.

Take action: Commit to voting NO

We need to be ready to vote NO to this proposal if CBA decides to push this terrible Agreement to a ballot.
