Bankwest bargaining begins – what happens next?

By now you will have received a message from Bankwest about our new Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA). This message and its attached ‘Notice of Employee Representational Rights’ marks the start of the process required by the bank to formally begin negotiations.

What do I need to do?

FSU members do not need to do anything as the FSU represents you during these negotiations. A bargaining team comprised of Bankwest FSU Representatives (Bankwest workers just like you) along with FSU staff will negotiate for improvements to your pay and conditions based on your feedback.

Have you had a say? Survey closes in two weeks

Now that bargaining has begun, it’s vital that we understand your views and what is important to you – please complete our pay and conditions survey if you haven’t already.

Complete the survey

Your personal information will not be shared with the bank.

Your feedback will help form our Log of Claims – a summary of what FSU members will be seeking and fighting for during these negotiations.

If you are not a member and would like to be represented by the FSU during these negotiations – join now.

But I’ve already completed the survey?

That’s great! You can help by forwarding this email to your colleagues and asking them to complete the survey too.

I’m interested in being a workplace representative

Please reply to this email with your best contact number and one of our FSU Organisers will be in touch.
