As we did in our previous meeting, we will invite questions both openly and anonymously during the meeting.

If you are unable to attend this time, we will be holding sessions on a fortnightly basis so you will have plenty of opportunities to raise issues. If you have an urgent question or want to provide feedback, please reach out to us at [email protected] or by reply to this email. Your details will be kept confidential.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have created a dedicated web page with some of the commonly asked questions we have received. We will regularly update this as we receive further questions and clarity from the Bank.

Many of the answers to questions regarding the process can be found in our redundancy, redployment and retrenchment fact sheet.

Your feedback is critical

It’s important that you continue to engage and provide us with your feedback about the branch closures. If you haven’t already, please complete the feedback form here and we will contact you.

Please forward this update to your colleagues and ask them to attend the meeting on 10 April with you. If you’re not yet a member, it’s important you join today.
