Bankwest EA – Support our union claim today

Many of you have provided feedback on what’s important to you in a new Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA) through our FSU survey and meetings.

This feedback has formed the basis of our Log of Claims, which will be presented to management when negotiations begin soon.

This Log of Claims was unanimously endorsed by FSU Reps at a recent meeting on 16 May.

There were some clear themes that emerged from the survey feedback:

  • 80% of you said maintaining Bankwest culture and identity is important.
  • 97% of you said the impact of the cost of living and wages is an issue.
  • Flexible work and working from home is a priority, second only to pay and cost of living.
