Bargaining starts soon – have your say on pay and conditions at Bankwest

Our Bankwest Enterprise Agreement 2021 (EA) is due to expire at the end of June and the bank has indicated that it will soon commence the bargaining process.

Our EA is an important document that contains the terms and conditions of employment for all of us at Bankwest, including our pay increases, hours of work, leave entitlements, redundancy entitlements, flexible work and penalty rates.

This is a critical time – make sure you have your say

It is critical that we understand the views of all workers as we enter negotiations. We need to know what is important to you, what changes are needed at Bankwest and what improvements you want to see.

We’ve already been seeking your views recently, but if you haven’t already completed our survey, make sure you have your say now.

The feedback you provide will help form our Log of Claims – a summary of what FSU members will be seeking and fighting for during these negotiations.

Already completed the survey? If it’s been a while since you completed it and you’d like to share further feedback, reply to this email. Ask your colleagues to complete it too. You can also print and distribute this in your workplace.
