Be honest – how’s your workload at CBA?

  1. Are you able to complete your workload during your normal work hours?
  2. Does your team have sufficient staff to enable you to do your job well?
  3. And if you work overtime, do you always get paid for it?

these are the sorts of questions we’re asking CBA employees to answer in our CBA workload and staffing checklist.

Or if you’d rather complete a hardcopy checklist with your branch, you can download and print this version, then email it to [email protected].

We hear from CBA members regularly about issues around poor staffing and unacceptable workloads. By completing this checklist, you can help us understand the extent of the issue, such as whether it’s your worksite only, if it’s happening in your area or department, or whether it’s a widespread problem.

Please also forward this email to your colleagues and ask them to complete the checklist.

Remember, fixing systemic staffing and workloads issues can only happen if we work together through our union – if you’re not yet a member, join today.
