Bendigo Bank has announced another wave of cuts related to its so-called 'strategic partnership' with Genpact. This time, up to 141.15 FTE jobs are at risk of being cut across the following areas:

This latest round brings the total number of job cuts since Bendigo Bank announced its 2030 strategy to nearly 600. Unfortunately, we know there are more disruptions to come, despite the bank posting a $530 million profit for the 2026 financial year.
