We have now received Bendigo’s response to your Log of Claims and updated proposed Community Bank Enterprise Agreement.
And there is great news – we’ve welcomed more Bendigo Community Bank workers to our FSU community and been able to achieve significant progress in important areas such as pay rates and increases, paid parental leave and redundancy entitlements.
Join us at one of the following meetings for an important update on their response, proposals and what they mean for you:
WEDNESDAY 20 DECEMBER, 8AM (AEDT)
WEDNESDAY 20 DECEMBER, 6PM (AEDT)
We’ve also received notice from the Fair Work Commission that our application to extend those previous “Zombie” Agreements has been granted for 6 months, meaning that you will have continuity in your conditions while we negotiate this new Agreement.
In these meetings, we will cover:
- Bendigo’s position on pay rates and increases.
- Bendigo’s response to your Log of Claims.
- Where the FSU and Bendigo have not yet been able to agree.
- What happens next and how you can help in securing a fair Enterprise Agreement.
