BOQ proposes Sydney Contact Centre closure – Your voice matters

BOQ has recently announced that they are proposing to close BOQ’s Contact Centre in Sydney, leaving 50 staff facing redundancy. This announcement comes at a difficult time for most of us, as we continue to deal with cost-of-living pressures.

Your feedback matters

As part of the consultation process, BOQ has invited both the FSU and our members to share our feedback. We strongly encourage you to voice your concerns directly to BOQ.

To further discuss the proposed changes and understand its impact on you and your colleagues, FSU will be hosting an information session on Wednesday 4 October, 6.30pm (AEST). We want to hear your views on the proposed closure and can answer any questions you might have.

The meeting has now passed

If you are unable to attend a session, please email [email protected] and one of our team will be in touch.
