Breaking: We’ve reached in-principle agreement on our Bankwest EA

We did it! After months of negotiations for our new Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA), we’ve reached an in-principle agreement with CBA.

Together, we’ve achieved:

  • Above-inflation wage increases for the majority of colleagues.
  • Improved and additional leave entitlements.
  • The preservation of many of our hard-fought for working conditions at Bankwest.

This result is only possible because of the hundreds upon hundreds of FSU members who stood together, ready and committed to vote no.

Full details of the EA and voting information for a ballot will be released in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, join an FSU information session next week on Thursday 3 October, where we’ll go through the proposal in further detail and and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions.

Not a union member or know someone who isn’t?

We’ve been able to defend an aggressive agenda to cut our terms and conditions this time due to the collective strength of union members at Bankwest.

As the bank continues to evolve and change, we need to make sure our collective strength continues so our rights at work are protected – join the FSU today
