As you may be aware, Brighter Super will be issuing new employment contracts for staff, commencing with SPSLS team members.
Our union has highlighted some concerns regarding these contracts to management – namely that any conditions or entitlements already captured by our Brighter Super Enterprise Agreement (EA) should not be replicated in the contracts. Employment contracts exist alongside the Enterprise Agreement without overriding it.
Fortunately, management has listened to our feedback and made adjustments.
Brighter Super will now commence consultation with staff on these new contracts.
