CBA: Congratulations! Your new Enterprise Agreement commences today!

From today, Friday 1 December 2023, the improved benefits that flow from the CBA Enterprise Agreement (EA) 2023 become available for the majority of CBA employees in Australia.

This new Agreement is a result of FSU members standing together to demand better pay and conditions.

From today, some of our improved benefits include:

  • Annual pay increases each year.
  • Increases to allowances from today.
  • Better workload and staffing protections.
  • Ensuring tea breaks are taken or the ability to claim for payment if they are missed.
  • An improved remote working clause meaning your right to request flexibility and your personal circumstances must be genuinely considered by CBA .
  • Paid parental leave increased from 13 to 18 weeks, available to all parents from day one of employment.
  • Menstruation and menopause support.
  • Additional Life Leave.

Throughout 2024, we will be visiting worksites and holding information sessions about your rights under the new EA. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your entitlements, please contact your FSU Organiser, our Members Rights Centre on 1300 366 378 or reply to this email.

With a stronger, active union membership, better outcomes can be achieved. If you are not a member, or know someone that needs to join, they can join here.
