You’ll have hopefully seen our recent update about CBA Group Executive Sian Lewis mandating staff attend the office for at least 50% of your work time each month.
We called on Sian Lewis and CBA to repeal this mandate and cease further top-down changes until meaningful consultation has taken place with staff and the FSU.
Our petition has already gained hundreds of signatures in a matter of days from CBA and Bankwest colleagues right across the group.
The FSU will be holding member meetings on Wed 7 June (9.30am, 12.30pm & 6.30pm WA Time) via MS Teams to discuss the mandate and where we go from here.
