CBUS workplace changes – your feedback and FSU meeting

CBUS has announced significant workplace changes that will likely impact more than 50 employees. We understand that brand and marketing roles will be particularly affected by these changes.

While some new roles will be created, many more will no longer be part of the CBUS structure if these proposed changes proceed. There are also some reporting line and title changes.

We understand that this is a difficult time for impacted members. Rest assured that the FSU will be representing your interests throughout the consultation process and ensuring your rights are upheld.

To ensure we accurately represent your views, please register for our online meeting, where you’ll have the chance to provide your feedback and express any concerns.

If you cannot attend the meeting, you can also submit your feedback via our short online survey here.

Consultation will run until 15 June, with expressions of interest for new roles open from 18 – 25 June.

If you’re not a member of the FSU, now is the time to join to ensure you receive the support and representation you need.
