Changes to Customer Service Direct break times – FSU meeting

On 1 July, CBA migrated their workforce management platform from Aspect to Verint. As part of this change, the bank reduced rest breaks for Customer Service Direct (CSD) colleagues from two 15 minute to two 10 minute breaks.

This opportunistic grab came with very little notice or consultation – the change took place on Monday and colleagues were only advised of it after 5pm the Friday prior.

We want to hear how this change will impact your day. Does this make your department any healthier or safer to work in?

Register below for an FSU meeting to discuss the bank’s changes to rest break times on Tuesday 23 July, 8pm (AEST).
