Discuss pay, staffing, workloads, and job security – CBA EA info sessions

Make your voice heard on key issues like pay, job security, staffing and workloads by joining the upcoming CBA Enterprise Agreement (EA) Information Sessions on Wednesday. Your FSU Bargaining Representatives will provide updates on the Log of Claims and our ongoing negotiations. These sessions will also offer us an opportunity to engage directly with our bargaining representatives.

Key issues to discuss

During these information sessions, we’ll cover:

  • Staffing and workloads: Addressing adequate staffing levels and manageable workloads to promote a healthy work-life balance and reduce stress.
  • Job security: Tackling concerns about offshoring and seeking commitments from CBA to protect local jobs.
  • Pay: Ensuring fair compensation and pay increases that reflect the dedication and hard work of CBA employees.
