Our ART Enterprise Agreement (EA) is fast approaching its nominal expiry date of 30 June 2026.
Following productive discussions between the FSU and ART, we now have a proposal for you to consider, which involves varying our EA to extend its life to 17 April 2028 – along with some other important changes.
This includes locking in two pay increases, changing overtime for Group A employees, improving parental leave, and introducing reproductive health care leave – and more!
Before this can occur, our union needs to understand what you think about this proposal, and whether a majority of ART employees and FSU members support these proposed changes.
We need to hear your feedback so we can best represent your views.

Our EA cannot be varied without the support of the majority of ART employees, so it’s important you understand what changes are being proposed.
