Do you work in insurance? Share your thoughts in the Flood Insurance Inquiry

Do you work in insurance? Does your role include claims handling? Did you work on claims for customers impacted by the 2022 floods?

Register to join our meeting on Tuesday 17 October at 7pm (AEST) and share your experiences with us.

The Finance Minister has announced a Parliamentary Inquiry into insurers’ response to the 2022 floods.

This inquiry will investigate the preparedness of insurers in responding to the frequency of such events and will consider supply chain issues, skills, labour shortages, claims handling and communication with policy holders before, during and after the floods.

This is our opportunity to bring a unique worker perspective to this inquiry. The FSU will be making a submission and we need your input!

If you work in insurance, we want to hear from you.
