You will have received a message from CBA about our new CBA Enterprise Agreement (EA).
This message, including its attached ‘Notice of Employee Representational Rights’, marks the start of the process required by the bank to formally begin negotiations for our new pay and working conditions, including job security.
Here’s what you need to do…
If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes to have your say about what improved pay and working conditions you want prioritised in this round of negotiations.
My priorities for better conditions at CBA are…
Remember, these negotiations are guided by you, so don’t miss this important opportunity to highlight your priorities (eg: job security, pay, AI protections, superannuation, etc).
Do I need to respond to CBA’s message?
No. FSU members are automatically represented by our union throughout these negotiations, which are guided by the feedback you provide via the above survey.
I’ve completed the survey. What else can I do?
Get as many CBA employees as possible to complete the survey by forwarding this email to your colleagues.
And if you’re keen to get more involved in negotiations and work directly with other colleagues and FSU staff, you can consider becoming a Workplace Representative. To find out more about what this involves, please email [email protected] and we’ll be in touch.
Stay tuned for more important updates!
