EA negotiations kick off. This time, things are different

You will have received a message from CBA about our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at Bankwest.

This message, including its attached ‘Notice of Employee Representational Rights’, marks the start of the process required by the bank to formally begin negotiations for our new pay and working conditions, including job security.

However, this time things are different.

CBA wants to negotiate a combined Bankwest and CBA Enterprise Agreement. Our Bankwest FSU Representatives are opposed to this – we want to maintain our own working conditions and preserve those that are more beneficial or unique to Bankwest. Read more about this here.

If you haven’t already, please join your Bankwest colleagues and sign our petition, calling on Matt Comyn to keep our Agreement separate from CBA.

We can only win this with a strong majority, so please forward the petition to your colleagues and encourage them to sign.
