FSU leads the conversation on menopause and menstruation

As you know, the FSU has been at the forefront of advocating for workplace policies that support menopause and menstruation leave.

We know that menopause and menstrual symptoms can seriously impact our working life – over 50% of finance workers are less likely to apply for a promotion due to a lack of support and understanding at work about these symptoms.

FSU National Secretary Julia Angrisano recently highlighted our important work in creating change in this space at the Labor Women’s Conference in NSW and as a special guest speaker at Menopause Friendly Australia’s online webinar.
