The FSU is aware that Westpac is addressing an historical issue relating to annual leave and personal/carers leave being over-deducted, and is in the process of remediating affected employees.
We also understand that some members are now being unfairly directed to take leave after receiving their remediated leave.
If you have been involved in this remediation process and you have any concerns about how your leave reimbursement has been calculated or you are now being directed to take leave, please email [email protected] and let us know how many weeks of leave you have been remediated. We will endeavour to assist you however we can.
